Erin was born in Oregon, and enjoys raising her family here today. She attended University of Oregon and graduated in three years with a Bachelors degree and a minor in French. She attended law school in Vermont and graduated in 2002 with JD and MSEL degrees. While there, she realized how much she missed Oregon and she moved back to raise her family and begin her career. She started working in the fields of adoption and surrogacy in 2003, and started practicing law in these areas in 2006. She has had her own practice since 2009. She loves her work, and is passionate about protecting and advising her clients.
Erin lives in Oregon wine country with her two boys and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, running and watching sports.
Alex was born in Washington and grew up in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. She attended Portland State University and graduated with a B.A. in International and Global Studies with an Eastern European Studies certificate from l’Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Lyon. She started her career in legal administration by working as a receptionist and legal data specialist in 2016. She joined Erin’s team in 2018 and is incredibly happy to have the opportunity to work with growing families. She truly enjoys assisted reproductive technology law and supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
In her down time, Alex enjoys skiing, traveling, video games, and taking her two cats for walks along the Willamette River.
Benn was born and raised in Northern Illinois. He attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received a B.A. in Political Science with Law Studies Emphasis. He subsequently received his paralegal certificate from Elgin Community College and his paralegal certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants. He holds a contract law certificate from Harvard University’s edX’s program. Benn enjoys adoption and surrogacy law and the happiness in helping the growth of families.
Benn enjoys reading, traveling, hiking with his Great Pyrenees, and playing fantasy football poorly with his family.
